Mgrs Job at Cisco: Fire 10% Every Quarter and then hire 10% same Quarter

This is the only job the mgrs have at Cisco.

There is alot of Deadwood at Cisco, most of whom are useless. If I was a manager I know I wouldn't hesitate to fire these toxic employees, out with the old and in with the new

That would make it a net reduction of 1% every quarter. Not bad.

e.g. If initial team size is 100, fire 10%, new team size = 90. Then hire 10%. New team size = 90 + 9 = 99.

Net reduction is 100 - 99 = 1

Cisco is known for high-turnover, which is a big red flag. Think about it: if its employees are constantly jumping ship, that doesn’t say anything good about the management or the company itself. And if the company is always firing (laying off) its employees, you won’t be able to work without fear that you’ll be the next one on the proverbial chopping block—and working in a state of anxiety won’t exactly inspire your best performance. Aim instead to work for a company where people would hate to leave because it’s that great.

Many managers in Cisco are mediocre guys with lot of ego & attitude problems. Their IQ is less than a c---roach & they are always threatened by their own engineers. Most of them like a-- kissers around them. Toxic hard workers are often ignored by these dumb a-- managers & their work/efforts are often goes into a toilet.
