I can't wait to leave this company. I (like everyone I know at Noble) am waiting to see if the executive ivory tower will grace us with a 2017 bonus before I move on to a better job. Odds are they'll screw us again and keep bonuses just to executives. Or, if I'm lucky, they'll sell my asset and lay me off with a severance like so many before me. The blatant diseregard and disrespect for employees has everyone at a breaking point. Come bonus time (or lack thereof based on recent years) and another year of little to no raises and promotions, there's going to be a mass exodus. Noble continues to be the Kmart of the oil and gas industry.

The bonus doesn't make up for the misery that you have to endure at that sorry company.
We received bonuses, the last 2 years. Your crap, doesn’t add up.
Or they'll creatively lay you off and move your job to Houston like they did Denver to save bad press. As if everyone is a moron and can't see through that. What a joke
