Any oil company, no matter how much they kiss my a-- and beg me to join them and no matter how much money thy dangle in front of you will be getting my big middle finger in their face. Ya'll f---ked up the lives and careers of so many workers over the last 2-3 years by discarding them like used toilet paper. Hope ya'll enjoy scrambling for skilled workers now that you are about have a labor shortage. Oh the sweet taste of karma - I'm lovin' it!! lol
Most recent survey by HR shows a huge lack of people to take up all the new jobs coming because so many people left the oilfield and not coming back. 15% salary increase is only the beginning and I hear management is looking at signing on bonus to get new talent into the company. It’s a great time to be in the oilfield. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Oil was up for two days just because of instability in some oil producing region. It will go back up if there is a war.
