They told many managers the staffing excercise a few months back was merely that, looks like the exercise will be put in action soon. Trying to make it happen well before turkey day to hopefully keep morale up for the remaining troops before the holidays. Will more than likely see a busy HR team before Halloween. Trick or Severance!

Something is screwed up at CHK. First, Lots of open jobs posted. Then, this CULTure crap being force fed across the organization. AND a Planned layoffs. Now that really sounds like a well ran company focused on shareholder value. No one is working. Explains the stock price.
