I got let go yesterday too. Did any of you get exit interviews? I'll be talking to HR today and don't know what to expect. I've never been through this before. If there is an exit interview, are any of you being honest about your experience? My experience wasn't positive.

Agree with the last post. It's not worth it. As we learned with the James Damore debacle at Google, tech companies have blacklists and you don't want to be on one.
In the end, I decided not to say anything. It's not worth it.
Some feedback is taken seriously during exit interviews but mostly what HR is looking for are potentially actionable items they may be exposed to.
Do you really think they give two sh--s what you say? Seriously?? Wake the hell up...
Leave the door open for rehire. Be the milker, not the milkee.
Doesn't matter what you say, they aren't going to truly listen or do anything. Don't even bother. Just get the details from them on your package, etc. and move on with your life and find your next step. Good luck.
Did mine and was 100% honest. Other colleagues did the same - some explicitly gave names. HR representative reaction was always the same: nodding and nothing more
