Court gave them 3 days to get a reorganization deal done or liquidate the whole business and pay the creditors. Sears USA employees- get on with finding a new career elsewhere. Eddie owns more than 50% of Sears Canada FWIW

Completely True. I feel sorry for Sears Canada Employees the NEW Sears looked like it was going to work well but money dried up fast.
