For Florida the maximum is $275/wk for a maximum of 12 to 23 weeks. The difference is the relative cost of living, high taxes for everything, and time to find meaningful employment (not fast food or cashier) in California

I don't know how unemployment benefits get affected if you move out of state (example, Idaho, Wyoming) to survive and reduce your cost of living during the unemployment period.
Anybody know how that works?
