Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

What does the board get paid for?

In 2016, Calderoni received $1.0M in salary, $132K in non-equity incentive plan compensation, and $13K in all other compensation

On 10/2/17, Calderoni directly held 241K common shares. As of 10/3/17, these 241K shares at $79 per share were worth $18.9M

Research Calderoni's past. You can see what he has done with Elliott in the past, and see when he started to get involved with Citrix. He got involved about a year before the Elliott letter. Obviously, he is one of Paul Singer's vultures that does recon to find the next victim.

I would say "how the Elliott group is not in jail is beyond me", but it is obvious - money.

Give the US another 20 years before this kind of actions will be outlawed. Then another 50 for the wealthy to take over and repeal the law.

Calderoni is the puppet of the Elliott Group. Think about it, the Elliott Group....not a nice group of people. IE, they own most of the debt in Puerto Rico, they own most of the debt in Argentina ...and keep piling on interest. They are known for disecting/destroying good companies if they can make money from it..... What they do is make themselves money. Period.
