Nada, zip, zero, zilch. The new way of setting quarterly bonuses allows upper management to constantly move the "cheese". Just when you think you might get a nibble there is nothing left but crumbs.
You've noticed how all year long you constantly have to present to higher ups about your business. That's so they can manipulate the numbers at there level to get big bonuses while they ensure you miss yours. Someone has to pay for it in these down times. PK should be proud of his presidents for all they accomplish.
