Citrix IT has blocked access the layoff.com website : I had to turn off my phone’s WiFi to get here while I am at work

Try thelayoff.com instead of layoff.com

They always block this site. We divulge too much info....we had sites set up during the Feb 2015 layoffs that were synced to outlook reporting people who were let go, etc. They have to try and look good while they are bleeding the masses
If you need access to the "world" via a corporate setting/environment/network, perhaps you should switch your carrier from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, to perhaps a "lower-carrier" to the likes of MetroPCS or Cricket...
Not sure this is possible. No one left in IT to manage things or approve.
Remember: layoff.com is a parked site that IT has blocked for a while. This site is thelayoff.com (although I won't be surprised if they block it too!)
