Any idea about unvested shares during layoff? Do they vest immediately? Or they just go away from the account?
Is the compensation model same across all geographies?

Someone who got terminated today told me that the stocks which are gonna vest in next 30 days might be okay, but other than that everything is gonna go away.

In past layoffs they paid out shares that vested within 60 days. that was the model in the US, cant speak for anywhere else.
