Sandisk and Toshiba were in a JV Agreement.
Now Toshiba wants to sells its NAND assets/division/business.
Did Sandisk really get Toshiba's approval before it sold itself to WD ?
If not - then how can WD complain and fight it legally that Toshiba needs Sandisk/WD's approval before it sells their assets ?
To me it appears that WD takes the position of - one rule for me, but another rule for mankind.
Perhaps lawyers should get inputs from messages like these, as they take their battle to the courtrooms.
It would depend, I guess, if Toshiba would ever consider selling their cash cow. Just how valuable is their NAND division?
