The management is a disgrace. They laid off some of the management and then rehired them when the coast was clear. It is the GOB out there, all I can say is stay clear. L3 walked one VP out the door (which he should have been fired in the first place) and replace them with one who they thought could fix their screw ups. That VP walked out after a year and couldn't get out fast enough. Corporate L-3 you are to blame for leaving the current management in place. I had over 20 years with Waco and it was nothing but cut throat, and undermined the greater good. Greenville sent down all their rejects and kept them due to the fact they had "pictures". Other aerospace companies want to stay away from Waco due to the fact of the management there. BTW, yes the ethics officer at Waco if useless and turns the table on anyone that even has a problem. There was a case where the HR director was openly talking about a case to people in the hallway and everyone heard! Corruption is the management.

It's all friends and family, if your not in one or the other group your time is limited, do what it takes and become a friend to survive
So mr Bozo wants to acquire other business and "align everything so employees can transfer (from one division, company to another) with ease". rather than bring the other smaller companies in line (up) with the benefits (already scalped several times in the last 7 years) out west, he opted to cut them to the lowest common denominator! really? and this just after last year they were loosing engineers to other companies and finally asked us why. Mr Bozo needs to ask people here before cutting their legs out from under them. oh, but that's not the corporate culture is it?! were all just marks on a spread sheet. BOZO may get his revenge on Lockheed but he will loose great talent in the process.
Greenville ain't so fine. While some bad are gone, the early out let too many valuable people go who were actually worth a sh--. Some were close to retirement, many were tied of the bad management (mainly in the PM side). There are still some turds left that will continue to worry only about themselves and continue to poo on everyone else.

This is accurate - they have no clue about managing and leading. Most of them. There are some exceptions to this but they are few and far between
