CEO continues to send more emails about HR issues than business-related topics. Why did the board hire a social justice warrior?

High 5 winners are dead wood? People who were closed to managers were saved. So it was a politics in choosing people to lay off. Strong performers were laid off and dead woods are still there.

Not everyone got 6 months. It depends on how long you were employed. Two years gets you 2 months.

Just FYI. ( ;

F5 layoff is per businesses. We are going to focus on Cloud and Security. Those who are not a good fit for F5 forwarding businesses will be leaving with a 6-Months pay + 1 months paid benefits. It has nothing to do with a person/persons. It's a business decision. F5 has not done a layoff since January of 2009, as a result, there are a lot of fat cats, dead wood which weight the company down at a difficult time. F5 needs to get back on that horse and innovate again to survive.
