They completely laid off the entire IT section in Lawrenceville. One employee had been with the company for 25 years and was only one year from retirement. There was absolutely no warning. The layoffs make abosolutely no sense as they lost years of experience, knowledge and loyalty to the company. Bottom line is the company has no loyalty towards it's employees anymore. They are shipping all there IT work to Infosys/India because they feel it's cheaper too do so. Problem is the final product reflects what you pay for it!
Ricoh management is showing its true face. If they are capable of letting go of people one year before retirement to save a few bucks, we know they are capable of anything. At least now we know where we stand with them. Good luck to all who were let go!
