Probably not. it's one of their best stores.
Who knows at this point...you could have one of the best stores but it seems that doesn't matter as of late. If the property gets sold to the highest bidder it will be shut down. Honestly I feel like they are probably making your place look nice and shinny so it will be a better sell.
