Windstream has to many people running this company that only know spread sheets. Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you are qualified to run a telecom business. I think they think all you have to do is make a program and hit the enter button and that will fix any problem. They are too arrogant and want listen to the folks who actually do the physical work and who are in physical contact with the customer. They have made so many stupid decisions and when it doesn't work they blame the people who are trying to make there stupid plans work. I don't know how many times I thought there is no way they could ask us to do something any more stupid and the next week they will come up with something worse. We tell the local management and they agree with us but their hands are tied. When your so arrogant that you think you know more than the actual ones that do that work than nothing but failure is in the future. It seems to me common sense has been completely taken out of the picture. Only ones that will come out of this smelling like are rose is the 140 plus V.P s we have making 6 figures a year and make the decisions that have put us in this shape. Is it me or is having 140 V.P s ridiculous or not? But only time will tell how low this will go.
