I just have a few points to make.

Stop the trash talk please, it’s embarrassing. It reminds me of that uncle at the family reunion that tries to be relevant but nobody listens to him…just stop.

If you’re still in, get out. I was nervous when the new chief took the reins and it appears my gut instinct was correct. This company will continue to sell off assets to pay debt until they paint themselves into a corner and are gobbled up by a larger player. It’s a story of a private company that went public and failed to retain its founding principles. Game over.

Noble made a terrible investment in the MBU but had the talent to make it great. Whoever agreed to the terms of the JV must have fallen asleep on the paperwork. It was doomed from the beginning but we made the most of it. Noble was taken for a ride through their own lack of due diligence and blind aspirations of getting into this basin. Now they tuck their tail and retreat.

If you did a good job and were an asset in this basin you are overqualified to work anywhere else in the oilfield. Across the country, in virtually all aspects of what it takes to make a profit, if you did well in the Marcellus/Utica you will do well anywhere you choose to go in the country.
Godspeed and stout hearts.
