Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Do only laid off Intel people come to this group?

Was wondering makes sense for ex Intel employees who were laid off to come here and post nonsense and also troll by posting fake news. But seems like something sad current employees also come here and post negative things about Intel. If you guys are not happy then please leave the company so that someone like me can apply and be hires at Intel.

OP, if you are good the last place you want to go is Intel. Doesn't matter what kind of engineer or other type you are Intel though the biggest isn't the best at anything that should make you want to work there. Those that stay are trapped for any number of reasons can't leave. Those that do choose it are either stupid or don't have better options, sad for them

Many different stakeholder post here and many more lurk here. Including customers and investors as well as Intel Legal and HR.

Intel has a huge problem with mismanagement with many layers of entrenched incompetence and a toxic and demoralized culture and yet Intel is a key driver of global technological progress and still has some amazing and incredibly skilled employees.

There are a lot of disgruntled former employees who troll-post here but third party HR proxy representatives seem to be the worst trolls. There are a lot of current but disillusioned employees who post here who simply need a place to vent because they want to see the company succeed, but are afraid for their jobs and frustrated with the poor decisions from senior management.

OP if you have real skills and talent - there are many better places to work that actually treat their people with dignity and respect.

OP if you are truly unemployed then you should take this board as a cautionary tale about morale conditions inside this company and look elsewhere. But I assume you are already employed in Intel HR...
