Even if I could be guaranteed my position, I am grossly over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated for what I do. If I could see some speck or glimmer of something at the end of the tunnel, I may think twice, but that glimmer doesn't exist.
I understant how you feel @OdHXFFG-devk, completely. And you are not the only one. Most of us are doing the work of four or five people for the salary of one. And we are being told we should feel lucky to have a job! This will not work in the long run, that's a guarantee.
