Great company For who? If your metric is the execs then yes, they are making money hand over fist. The three other representative stakeholders Would probably disagree - customers, shareholders and most employees.

Hmmmm.... this post paints far to broad a picture of what is actually happening as it assumes employees mostly control their future at Cisco. Unfortunately once regular and real reviews went away most of the variables of what determines an employee being laid off was transferred to Cisco.
