I make WAY more money from my COP salary than from COP stock, even without significant bonuses or raises, besides loss of most high-times perks. The company (and my salary, unless I get canned, then at least there's a severence and a chance to start over elsewhere) can survive for a long time without 10-15% growth. I suspect you are just a retired troll. Sorry your 401k isn't growing. Transfer your investments if you think COP stock is a dead end.
