Intel aquired basis, s---ed them for IP, promised them the world. Couldnt deliver on chips they promised. Top talent at basis evenitally left, basis was put on hiring freeze, wasnt allowed to fill positions. Bureaucracy created paralysis on any meaningfull product move, more people left, prototypes abandoned. It was a sad day towards the end. Such a waste.
