Who here is really surprised over the amazon deal. I always thought they were going to be the ones to bail us out.

Why is it always doom and gloom?
Its how desperate Sears is to try to get any $$$ out of it to slow down the bleeding as much as you can. I find it more sad that Sears has their own dedicated website, but instead they end up using anothers to sell their inventory.
That deal is not going to bail the stores out. Eddie's plan all along was to turn Sears Holdings into an online business. Amazon just beat him to it. Stores will continue to close.
