I am a store employee and went to check my available points and I get a message saying my account is suspended. I called the store level support # and they are saying it's an i.t. error . Anyone other employees seeing this message ?

At my store you can check your own points through the club button. It's encouraged. You don't want to ring your own transaction but I knew that at my 1st job when I was 15.
Why would you post this here??? This is not logical unless you are a troll. Post on Pebble, open ticken in SUCCEED or contact SYW people via email. I am sure they can help.
Only check from the club's menu, never through an actual sale
Don't ever check your own account from your own register. AP will catch it and assume you are ringing your own transaction. Always have another associate do it for you.
