Around90 ppl kicked on monday at MVD. We need a way to have a legal speach with HR.
I have over 20 years but because I left on family leave I've got 9. Now I have to decide do I try to leave now before everyone else or hope I'm not let go. Sabre has changed so much but I still hope that we find a way to succeed
Friend in HR says they will start notifying tomorrow. She didn't know if it would be over multiple days.
Sabre employee turnover has been high for the last few years. The talented one were able to find new job and worked "normal" hours. There's no need to layoff, it doesn't takes long to understand the Sabre culture and leave on your their own terms. One week per year severance is not worth it. If HR can audit IM messages , then they would fire most of them
Rumour says that tomorrow is the day (21th). Anyone heard the same?
All these people posting saying "stop scaring people" are probably with management. Why? To keep people from leaving the company until they are done with you. They can't easily deal with large groups of people quitting. The company is following the Bain/ Everest group recommendations..and that is to expand in India....

stop scaring people. there are no booked rooms anywhere. dont you think HR people look here and even post here? someone told me about this site. you get sick looking @here. everybody knows about how AS, TN are, Sabre culture and about our internals. nothing we read here helps our internal piece. stop visiting this site. will not come back. there are other places to seek help

Yes, lot of Junk from AS has already gone to TN. Some have on higher position, thanks to their friends.
don't worry about getting layofff just call your buddy over the other department and open a req with matching description as your resume.. problem solved... sabre will never change

Stop scaring people. There are people who do not even continue working in Sabre making posts... this is certainly not serious!
Which locations have been impacted and when ? Are there any details on these ?
