Misery at branches? Are there any left? Take a look at what's happening down in Northbrook. RD has managed to screw up an entire department. Idiot can't even organize a team to roll out new software. Suppliers think it's a joke and the employees are now more confused than ever. DO need to step down with the rest of senior management. I'm sure the new pricing strategy will take care of their issues...lol.
I think Grainger needs to hire more people from Sears because that company is doing so well makes sense to bring them in and "fix" all that is broken .....
A change better happen pretty soon, there are hundreds waiting their assigned final exit date.
