this client is sick one fedeks gives 10 million worth work it wants us to do do and exta 10 million worth work free.
professionally manged companies cant do this begging around, wipro already dumped this client as unviable and greedy
till a few year back no ones fom BNFSI used to work in this account due to bad working conditions and exploitative culture.many managers BNFS ans insurance who joined this group over last 2-3 years are totally clueless and just go thro motions keep doing bhajan of DD to avoid bench
This is the risk with one man show type accounts.
Seems many good techies who worked hard to build this account over decade were victimized and evicted by pune based local strongman DD and they may have found shelter at infosy .
Anyway this account is now infested with incompetent managers(of local origin) who can take any challenges .
The Junk guys sent by this DD to onsite cant do anything but watch their own backs and make fake escalations on offshore staff
It seems they chose infosys over syntel
