Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

If there was a volunteer RIF offer, how many would run, not walk, to accept the offer?

I have commited to serving the Hammer, so until IPO I will continue to work 10x my coworkers for the master. Once IPO and Ham has his cash, well that is another story. Depends a lot on how much we can dig ourselves out of this 6 billion dollar debt.

I believe the RIF is going to happen this week or next week. HR is in town and a lot of manager meetings going on today.

At this point it would be VERY hard for me to not take a voluntary layoff. The writing has been on the wall and I think I am lucky to still be employed.

Even if I could be guaranteed my position, I am grossly over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated for what I do. If I could see some speck or glimmer of something at the end of the tunnel, I may think twice, but that glimmer doesn't exist.
