So there's a rumor that there's an executive from Whole Foods starting to nose around Hoffman Estates and that he will be announced on July 25th as the new CEO? What's Eddie going to do with himself?

Teneo is a consulting firm that specializes in the following.....corporate turnaround, corporate crisis, financial distress, mergers & acquisitions, etc, etc.

That seem like a service a Eddie might be interested in?
He needs a new job anyway. Amazon is taking over and we know he won't be the CEO.
Who is the Teneo gent? Isn't Teneo more than a CEO image makeover shop? Looks more financial restructuring to mr
Edie will do the same thing he did for the 8+ years he wasn't CEO but was still Chairman. That is: Hyper-control everything and dictate exactly what everyone is allowed or not allowed to do. That is why the stuff you read about "Eddie needs to be fired as CEO" is so funny. Eddie controls more than 50% of the voting shares so any CEO who is brought in does exactly what Eddie says or they are not CEO any longer.
It looks like it is a firm to advise CEOs on how to restore their reputations. LOL. Yet another waste of money. I will to my best to save Sears millions. Mr. Lampert, if you want to improve your reputation, commit suicide.
@mwd I am not this person, but while making blind claims like that is foolish it can't be ignored that the company is a sinking ship and people should be already fleeing. The financial and company statements prove that the company is going to go bankrupt and nothing will save them short of a miracle.
Teneo is a public image firm, I thought?
@wuy Why make a statement like that with nothing to support it? "I heard..." could mean your cousin's neighbor said it for the heck of it. Don't be a jerk, this affects good people working hard to keep a failing company afloat for just a little longer.
Teneo
any newbie CEO is in name only - he will learn the Fast Eddie "dance to my tune" shuffle real fast
Source for that bankruptcy claim?
I heard that bankruptcy was on the 25th
It would totally make sense for Tenneco, a manufacturer of suspension and exhaust parts, to be in charge of reorganization of Sears.
For the dense, that's sarcasm.
Huh? I thought the Whole Foods Ceo ruined Whole Foods?
Ugh. Does that mean Eddie's staying?

He works for the company that's reorganizing the corporate structure. Tenneco is the name I believe.
