Layoffs are constant at conduent... In total, 10% of the workforce was let go and this was massive, many lives were affected and morale tanked so low as all of know that things will get even worse.
Conduent management wants to offshore to India as much work as possible and have the people that are left train their replacements, just like Disney folks did and after that they got laid off - there was a big lawsuit over this.
Given contractions, and poor finacnial results you will get no raises here - so you have to shut up and work.
