What the ITT managers do in the closed room ? I see a lot in 4th, 5th, 6th floor doing some busy work round the clock in the closed room, are they working for some other company to keep them busy because in ITT project for employees there is no work because employees have no idea what IBM is doing. We have more than 63 teams in ITT project, what these teams are doing? what their managers do? just flying between dubai, singapore, India, Ecuador and Houston ?????

Will R2.1 will go live in the first place? We had many Transport issues and critical processes are failing badly (E.g. Rental Process, Bank Payment Process, unable to create Sale orders are few examples)

Managing to slow down progress of everything at this place.
Current population are really skilled in backstabbing, competition is really high.
Best solution is to backstab to protect your job.

It isnt only ITT, all f---ing company is lying as hell, people keep saying they are busy as they are lying as hell.
Pretending and backstabbing honest people is foundation of this cesspool.
My f---ing fag boss keep harassing me every single f---in day and I cant do sh-- about it. My coworker is well connected to VP and he is riding him, in between I see I will be sacrified soon.
