Diversity is an issue everywhere. However I wish more job opportunities could be given to a more diverse pool of people. It appears more jobs are being given to individuals who are in the LATAM regions. It gives the impression no one else is qualified for the job(s).Over the years white people hire white people and Latin people hire their own with scraps left for the rest of the population. It would be nice to have a diverse mixture. Please note, I am not bitter, I just see a trend that's not fair or appealing.

Yes, they pretty much run all of IT now. It is what it is, accept it or move on.
