Huge Layoffs are incoming for the commercial business side as the projects are ending for Aetna redeployed staff working on the ACA payouts.

Layoff were done today at my location. My position was elminated based on the non acquisition of Humana and not being able to obtain the Nevada Health market.
Large layoffs in multiple departments. July 31st notices have been handed out.

Very. The December Layoff had redeployments and early retirements however those who were redeployed, stayed on temporary projects awaiting the merger decision(which failed). Since the closure of the ACA bucket in June, most projects have been completed.
No Work, No Job
Everything is going overseas (75% outsource to India) with 25% onshore. More money for shareholders!
I was laid off in 2013, there was 3000 of us that were let go.
I am sorry if you have to go through cuts again - the job market is good, you have options.
