It is unethical for a supervisor to have a direct report that they are 'seeing' - correct? And if it were to occur, it is required to be declared in the annual ethics report, else face disciplinary action.
So, hypothetically, if that were to have occurred, say at an executive level, without disclosure, and that direct report was then promoted to a very senior role, should we expect the same company standards to be applied, or is there a different standard?
