Whats kind of sad are the team members who are still wanting to move up or get into the CDSTL program and want to run their own WF Store.
The merger just became official, do they really think they are going to run their own store? They are all acting like it's buisness as usual. it's not people!
I feel your all being delusional. Or what about old stores opening up in a new spot and becoming brand new. DO you really think this going to happen? We are all Amazonian team members now there will be a lot of changes coming down the pike, it may not happen overnight but it's going to happen.
Anytime a merger happens there are reduced costs throughout so wake up and have a back up plan instead of focusing on having a store to run. maybe we can all work in an Amazon warehouse....
