Folks, just got off the phone with Fidelity. Any option over $42 is cancelled. Payout is only on options under $42. Which means if you received options at $35 (Then you will receive the difference which is $7 x the number of options) S---s!!!

Yep amazon bought them at all at 42 a share and owns the first 42' with stock options you never held anything below grant price.. basically you get anaything above the grant price to 42 less the 1/3 that goes to the government. remember the price was in a downward spiral before the offer.
Access to funds starts from Sept 01. Also contact Fidelity at your earliest.
Yeah. That's how options work.......
The real question is, when do we have access to the funds?
this guy doesnt know how stock options work.
Yes it may not be much but at least it's something. Before taxes I get a whopping $1481.00.
I've been working for Whole Foods for over 12 yrs. It's not much at all. I know a few cats with much longer time in and they are not banking on this deal either. Makes me wish I still had those $7 options!
Thad not what they said!!!! They are all team leaders
What did you think would happen? That's been news for a while? Cashed out when it was $43 on the vested ones anyways.
