Laid off after 18 years and exceptional performance reviews. The company can spend billions on a renovation of their headquarters that will be outdated by the time it is completed and lead by an incompetent team of narcissists, yet layoff people.
By law they have to tive you the totle and age of people impacted, would be curious for the entire comoany breakdown not just department. No more oensions, lower the job grades, lower the benefits and pay.
Hopefully 3G will buy them and lay the rest off, staring with the unnecessary 2020 team that continue to hire and spend exorbitant amounts of money unnecessarily.
Run! I have no doubt a legal issue or class action will arise on age discrimination and how these "assessments" were handled, all subjective by the manager/director. Yet those are the ones that are highly paid and need to be let go. They keep their safety net near regardless if one is competent or not. They have people that did not get impacted and had poor performance reviews and coaches... this is fair how?
