I've never seen an organization more focused on looking good instead of doing the right thing and caring for their people. Profits over people has been the downfall of this organization. Lies coupled with more lies continue to plague this company. Don't preach "Energizing the World and Bettering People's lives" or NO HARM when all you do is cut corners and make up lies. I'm sure I could write one hell of a book about Greed, Harm and Deception. Most formal leaders, not all are playing with numbers to meet goals and focused only on the bottom line. You can tell what's really valued within a company when times get tough. Do yourselves a favor and standup for what you believe is right. Don't allow dishonest and egocentric leaders to lead you into anything that contradicts your own values

At Noble one way of keeping your job was to be " young and cute". It's really all they cared about. They could care less about competency. If you're a woman be young and cute..... if you're a dude be a massive a$$ kisser. That's it.

Yes Noble would rather look good than be good. Like the cute young chick jogging along the river trail. Meanwhile they the worst performer in their peer group. There is no substance at Noble. It's all fluff... smoke and mirrors.
It's all just a giant pyramid scheme. The privileged few get wealthy off the backs of all of us, and it will only get worse under Trump. Welcome to corporate America!
Not all rank and file employees are good people are even talented. A lot are still there because they either know something on someone or they support top management and hope for beneficial crumbs.
