No more small downsizing in upstream (GOM & DWEP BS)). For those of us survivors of accelerate downstream, it's about time the hatchet comes out. Get ready for a massive reorg.

They need to gut the whole bunch of them. The problem is they need to change the whole direction. If Mike Wirth becomes next CEO then nothing changes. They all drank the kool-aid..... Gut the whole bunch of them, Board, CEO, All executive 27 and above. They all voted for the same S@@T. Crap decision after crap decision. Go home and crawl under your rocks. Better yet go and find you a good dispensary and smoke out. Just maybe it will help. Sober you could not cut it. No bonus for Watson or anyone else, Fatalities, Horrible Tax Decisions, Project Decisions (Gorgon, Wheatstone), Save that dividend..... etc. Thank you for putting Chevron in more debt..... If you really cared about your company you would not take it, put your tail between you legs and leave. All of you. Cut my bonus because of your crap decisions. Screw that...... Accountability.....

MW sounds like the right person to save Chevron's dividend.

Mike Wirth destroys everything he touches. In the name of saving money he keeps making bad decisions

I agree, lkz. For the Chevron housecleaning to work properly this time, cuts need to start from the top and cascade down. It's time that accountability is held to the highest standard. Cut and replace weak leaders, then work the way down to the rank and file employee. The survivors will see firsthand the reorganization of this fine company from start to finish.

Hopefully PSG 24-30 will be first to go.
