Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Soon AS biz analysts are sinking including AS consulting ops and AS biz ops

The problem with the new leadership is that the entirety of their airline experience is that they are Exec Platinum. Most airline leaders can tell when one of our execs haven't got a clue about what our products really do. They laugh when people that have never worked ops, dispatch, res, or revenue try to tell them how quickly we can improve their business. Airlines put timelines in the contracts because they KNOW that the Sabre tech exec in the room has NO CLUE how complex any of the solutions really are and how unrealistic the promises that Sabre makes, are. And who gets beat up? Those of us worker bees. And I heard (don't know if true) the NA Sales VP started his meeting about the layoffs with stories from his "off the grid" family vacation and then asked the team to respect those leaving...what crappy examples we have for leaders..

Yes correct .There are few leaders in bangalore office also who are getting huge package for doing nothing

What Airline Solutions leadership in Southlake was laid off or demoted this past round? Any word of who in AS Southlake is expected to be out next?

This post doesn't make sense. Almost all exec leaders HAVE been replaced. More VPs and above in the past year than the past 5 combined.

Agree. Absolutely. Lack of leadership starting from T0m and the lady boss including the remaining retired managers who still have a job without skills & knowledge, Sabre wouldn't have been in doldrums today.
