Reuters brief on Q4 Cisco results has this line:
Cisco - expect previously announced restructuring plan to be substantially completed by the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2018.
I'm trying to figure out if this is referring to restructuring (layoffs) that already took place and will just show up on Q1 results, or do we have more incoming?
