Like many people, I'm wondering just what the hell Eddie is smoking. Is this guy just nuts or does he have an actual plan? Well, he has a plan, but you may not like it. All the decisions made point to this article being true. It might not be 100% accurate but it is close.
Fast Eddie wouldn't know which end to light his "smoke." Recently, some investigation has revealed the CEO actually makes no decisions about Sears at all.
The real decisions about the future of Sears are now known to be carefully planned and implemented by a one-armed Dwarf (O.K., a "little person), who is operating out of a brothel located in Borneo.
Further, the World is not round. It's flat.
Can't believe more people don't realize that's what Eddie is doing. Seems completely obvious IMO.

This is not smart analysis. All the quotes are from over a decade ago when people thought Eddie was the next Buffett. No one believes that anymore. This article is a joke.

That article is complete and utter nonsense. Buffet averaged over 20% returns and 3 or more businesses bought per year in those early years. Always pivoting, always driving positive results. Eddie has done nothing in 15 years but destroy value within a couple of companies, never extending beyond retail. To compare him to Buffet is insulting.
The article above really lays it out. Sure many of us know or suspect some of it or maybe even all of it but this says it all in one place.
I guess it doesn't matter if it's illegal as long as he has friends in the right places. Unfortunately for the regular person, many businesses maneuvers are surprisingly legal anyway.
