There are too many young liberal academic types at Noble that don't know anything about drilling a successful well. They can't see the forest for the trees.

If they were "liberal academics" they wouldn't want to drill for oil at all. Liberal thinkers tend to lean towards wind, solar, water energy sources. Think of them as the "Alt-Energy"
we need some oil finders. Seems like a long time since Noble found anything except high cost pockets in GOM.
