Oil price is on the move again and unfortunately it is going down at an alarming rate. What will this do for us and the industry as a whole? More layoffs and scaling back. One of the first places to be hit hard will be Bartlesville. The truth is we no longer need it and may not be able to continue to keep it propped up much longer.

The ELT knows that they are going to have to let some or a lot of their buddies go. The company even prior to the split already had a top heavy organization/culture of nepotism. They all lost site that they work for the stockholder and not for each other. The self gratifying/paying culture is over.
Price is down again today.
Bye bye Bartlesville!
Is Ponca City having layoffs too? They are Phillips66 aren't they?
Ponca Person at it again... LOL
Oh look! Another close Bartlesville post.
The next couple rounds of cuts will be tough and totally blamed on the consultants we have hired to do the ELT's job for them and take the blame.
The ELT are deer in headlights! RL and his boys just will not be able to make the needed cuts and restructuring decisions; they need to go and only then will some of their worthless empire-building management buddies be outted!
