More and more money for executives and more and more layoffs for employees. NICE!

This shows the class of SLB management. This pay raise is the price of 50k ruined careers and their families' sacrifice.

Completely out of touch with employees; benefits cut, no pay rise for 3 years, vacations cut, stress increased, threats of termination (until relief when it actually happens) . They cannot even demonstrate leadership or support by taking a notional pay cut. Corporate donations to charity and social events for employees have been cut as well.

If the share price was good i could maybe forgive the board for supporting them all (I mean all), however it is awful, so why are the board backing them all. Best way to implement or demonstrate a New Way of Working is to have a new inspiring team.

Interesting. Why is it their achievement? It's employees' achievement.

BTW, when there are significant outliers, an average value doesn't give you the right picture.

Bumped up by more than a million $? So they are that important to be kept in the company? So, what were their achievements?
