Whether IT is approaching next layoffs in Houston? my manager has cancelled most of the meetings scheduled with the team, he is not approving any vacations after 08/30 and so on.

RIFs already started in ITT and waiting for the Hypercare of R2.1 is over i.e. in 2 weeks to make it in full swing.
Yes that's how the situation looks like, many of the business units are closed or moved to different countries and major cost cutting/reduction is going on across the GEO markets. Each travel requires an approval from VP , hiring is on Freeze, Traveling is on Freeze, every $ & Penny requires multiple approvals....
