6 years waiting pay rise for 2 per cent poor

Not to happy with this pay rise as we say in Scotland piss poor from upper management work hard for the company and get little it's also poor that pot of money goes to manager for him to decide who gets what's. How hard is it for this company to get it right at some point surely it's not that hard it cannot be if you still give managers bonuses and ignore working people. What about the company thinking about as the work force gets on in life what's the thoughts on a final salary pension for the working man

Service companies should not let 1 manager decide who gets a pay rise / bonus and how much. When this happens it is usually open to abuse. HR should know about these things.

See this company has no thoughts on the working family man I am shocked with the amount of money halliburton board level have paid out on merger failures corruption cases and at not least angola situation.

With all these unnecessary failures staff members could have had a good pay rise and I do agree a final salary pension seems to me that this company needs to change there policys in various ways and finally why is it that my manager wards the pay rise from the pot of money what happens if you don't meet eye to eye with the manager if this is the case you will not get a pay increase
