While it's fair to blame Senior Management and the Board of Directors for the plummeting of the stock and the inevitable sell-off of our once proud company, remember that there's a special place in "h3ll" for the young, immature analysts that proclaimed Mattel as a solid buy solely because of it's dividend, when they didn't even understand how the company's business model was structured.
They share equal blame in touting a doomed business as "solid" due to their lying, manipulation and greed. We can only hope their clients and their firms fire them, too.
