Francois Locoh-Donou - brilliant leader? I would not know - he never speaks to the masses nor asks for input.
As far as I can tell he is yet another example of "failed diversity" who appears to be bringing in his own "diverse" yes men....
F5 new CEO is a brilliant leader! Diversity is not the only thing he is tackling. F5 core business and roadmap is his main priority but he can't do all of it without Suporte from all areas.
When you offer such criticism, do you (or other teammates) identify you as a member of a diverse population or perspective for F5?
My thoughts exactly! diversity should also include people with different points of view. they could give a crap about any site other than Seattle. How is that diversity? They do not want REAL diversity and equality, just the sad political version of diversity.
